Lexus ES330 Wheel Center Caps

Center caps do have a more serious role to play on the Lexus ES330. They cover the hub nut on the axle and help protect it from road grime. As you drive, water and dirt from the pavement is thrown up onto the wheel and can make its way onto the hub nut and the bearings. By deflecting this slop, the center caps help stave off corrosion and wear of these essential wheel components.

Although the Lexus ES330 was only produced for two model years, there are four different wheel center cap options. Which one is right for your car will depend on its model and trim package. The easiest way to ensure a match to the center caps that are on your Lexus is to get the part number. This number is on the back of the caps, so you can just pop one off your car and check the number.

You can find all the center caps that were used on the Lexus ES330. They differ in color, size, and shape of the Lexus emblem. Different caps were used during the same production year, depending on the trim, and they are listed below:

• 2004 to 2006: Any Lexus ES330 may have plastic, chrome center caps that are 2.5 inches in diameter. These caps have a round emblem in the center. Another option that was available for both years is a round, 2.375-inch chrome cap with an oval emblem.
• 2004 to 2005: If your Lexus ES330 was made during this first production year, it may have a round, 2.5-inch center cap that is gray with a round emblem.
• 2005 to 2006: Lexus used a round, 2.5-inch center cap that is silver with a round emblem for some cars from this model year.

If you need to remove a cap to get the part number or because it is damaged, you will have to take off the wheel. The caps can then be pushed out from the back.

If you just need to install a new cap in the place of one that is missing, you do not have to take the wheel off. The new cap can be installed from the front of the wheel. Just push it in until the clips snap into place.
