• Power off the TV to notice any smudges or other substances on the screen.
• Make sure that the cloth you use is dry and soft and gently wipe the screen in straight lines to keep the pixels in good shape.
• Once you have finished the initial cleaning, you might want to consider making a solution of vinegar and water. You can dampen a cloth with this solution and take it gently across the screen to get rid of anything else that remained.
• Always spray any liquid that you are using to clean the screen on a cloth instead of directly on the screen.

LCD TV sets can be outfitted with numerous outputs and inputs for the connection of other devices, such as a coaxial digital audio output. Many sets come with 2-3 HDMI and 1-2 USB inputs. Some of the models that come with USB ports also include a photo-viewer setting that allows for the viewing of digital photos. Both component and composite inputs are available on most of these television sets as are VGA inputs and fixed analog audio outputs.
