The Air Jordan 29 version of the Pantone colorway integrates a white, silver, and blue design, inspired by the University of North Carolina. A classic elephant print design is featured on each accented portion of the upper - the toe, heel, tongue, and side panels. Its silver midsole also integrates this elephant print design. University Blue accents make their way onto a thick line that outlines each accent piece. University Blue appears again on the inner sock liner as well as on two Jordan Brand Jumpman logos. The first is woven into the tongue, while the second is stamped on the lateral heel. A final Jumpman is found stamped into the sneaker's Icy Blue translucent tread. This Pantone colorway hit the streets on December 23rd of 2014.
